Micro ID

Post by JohnD »

I think this is Notocelia trimaculana (caught 18-6-21), but I'm still finding tortrix images difficult to relate to real moths! Be very grateful for views.

Thanks very much for the confirmation Steve. Whilst I'm finding staring at the ID books somewhat frustrating, the moths themselves are a real delight. The subtlety of the patterns on this moth are almost breathtaking!
