Flounced rustic

Post by bobhelencoan »

A few nights ago we put the trap out but it poured with rain . We had quite a few washed moths which were impossible to ID. This moth we thought could be a Flounced rustic , it is the correct size but the hind wings are grey. Any ideas of what it may be? Thanks Bob & Helen

Martyn, Thanks very much. It is obvious once pointed out. Our photo is a good match for those on the Norfolk website, not so good for our books. Thanks again. Bob & Helen
