Shropshire Craneflies by Peter Boardman - pub. FSC:
I have just (today) received the new FSC publication by Pete Boardman "Shropshire Craneflies", and am very impressed with it as it includes keys to the species found (so far) in Shropshire - the amount of field work they must have done since 2007 must have been enormous. I am expecting the keys to be very useful in identifying future Cranefly catches in Cheshire too. Definitely a good addition to the library I think and still at a discount price when purchased direct from FSC until the 30th October 2016.
If you are interested in recording Diptera (especially Craneflies) in Cheshire (or any of the other counties, or Vice Counties, bordering Shropshire then this volume has to be a good buy !
