Unidentified fungi:

Hi folks,

Though I enjoy fungi to look at, I'm nothing when it comes to identifying them! As such, if anyone can Identify what the attached photos might be I'd be grateful.

The second one looks like 'Chicken of the Woods' (Laetiporus sulphureus) emerging .......

The first is trickier. What tree species was it on? My first guess would be Dryads Saddle (Polyporus squamosus).

Thanks for the feedback Anno ...... to be honest I've no idea what the tree species in the first photo is, but I am likely to be going past it again before not too long. I'll try for an ID.
