Early Nettle-tap Anthophila fabriciana:

I saw one (Nettle-tap Anthophila fabriciana) today (31st March 2012) on Horse Chestnut near Wimbolds Trafford (SJ4473) - not the earliest I've ever seen it, but certainly a surprise.
