Orthopygia (Hypsopygia) glaucinalis:
I was reading the North Wales birding website and checking on the moth section as I know a couple of contributors and a photo was on there requesting an ID. I recognised it as one of the few micros that i had caught myself last month (10/8/2012). I said that I had settled on Orthopygia glaucinalis although in the new micro book it is Hypsopygia glaucinalis.
The response was that it was a very infrequent moth in North Wales so thought I had better post my photo on here to ask about it's frequency in Cheshire if anyone knows.
Cheers
Steve
