Use Swift to directly send us your wildlife records. Every record counts towards understanding local species and habitats and helping to protect them.

How to get started

• Create an account by clicking 'Login' in the top right-hand corner
• Login to your account, click menu and 'My files

Ways to enter data into Swift

There are two main ways of entering data into Swift. You will see that you can pick one of these methods when you choose your File Type.

• General Records Form: This method allows you to enter your records straight into the Swift system
• Records import Wizard: This method allows you to import an existing spreadsheet of records

What to do if you need help

Swift is designed to be user friendly, but entering your first few records can seem like a daunting task whilst you're getting used to the system! Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email or phone if you have any questions, we are more than happy to help. If you'd like someone to run through use of Swift with you in person or via video call this can also be easily arranged.

Swift is also a relatively new system, so if you have any feedback, or receive unexplained errors please do get in touch.
